This isn’t just a first record — it’s a culmination of a decade of noise, grit, and growth.

“It’s hard to not write personal songs and load them with emotions and time stamps that cement them to a specific period. “Bragging About Breaking” does this in a few different ways; firstly it’s about growing up, whether you want to or not, and taking some ownership for your thoughts and feelings and your way of being in this world, and secondly, it’s a comment on societies swift passage into the hyper connected, all consuming and ill thought out Tech age. We’re the same humans with the same needs as our ancestors only now we live in landscapes that fight for our attention, our resources and our finances more than ever.
